Director/VP of Power Systems
We are partnered with one of the world’s leading renewable energy consulting companies that provides engineering solutions for solar, wind, hydrogen, and energy storage projects.
The leader of the Power Systems business, you will lead a team of experienced Engineers and consultants helping Utilities, Project Developers, Financiers, and other industry stakeholders evaluate the technical and economic impact of renewable energy projects on the grid.
The scope of work falls into four main departments:
- System Impact Studies
- Transmission Planning
- Energy & Financial Modeling
- Injection Studies
As the Director/VP of Power Systems, you will have an opportunity to drive innovation and contribute to the organization’s growth while providing industry-leading data and reports for customers.
Responsibilities include providing tailored technical services, identifying business opportunities, and fostering a high-performing culture.
The ideal candidate must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Proven track record of designing and executing strategies and building businesses across multiple customer segments.
- Experience leading teams with different knowledge and skill sets.
- Strong understanding of the needs of renewable energy project developers, utilities, and transmission line developers as it relates to power system services.
Salary Range: $200-250k DOE plus bonus opportunities
