About the Role

The Full Cycle Recruiter/Account Executive manages the entire recruiting lifecycle, including business development, client relationships, candidate recruiting, and post-placement follow-up. This role is ideal for a driven, relationship-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is energized by both the business development and recruiting sides of executive search.

You will build and manage your own desk, prospecting new client relationships while simultaneously recruiting top candidates for active searches. Success in this role requires equal parts market knowledge, sales instinct, and recruiting rigor.

What You Will Do

Business Development and Client Relationships

  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, executives, and market contacts
  • Identify and qualify new job order leads
  • Create and execute personalized outreach campaigns to prospective clients
  • Lead candidate marketing campaigns 

Job Order Intake and Search Launch

  • Conduct job order lead calls and intake calls 
  • Clear fee structure, search terms, and client expectations before launching a search
  • Partner with Operations and Admin to initiate contracts, job order setup, job postings, and internal workflows

Recruiting and Candidate Management

  • Recruit, screen, and qualify candidates for active searches
  • Prepare candidate presentations that clearly communicate experience, motivation, compensation expectations, and potential concerns
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and debrief them after interviews
  • Guide candidates through compensation discussions, offer acceptance, resignation support, and start date confirmation

Client Communication and Search Management

  • Manage client communication throughout active searches, including updates, feedback, interview coordination, and search strategy adjustments
  • Prepare clients for interviews and debrief them after candidate conversations
  • Partner with clients and candidates through negotiations, offer acceptance, and final placement details
  • Adjust search strategy based on client feedback, candidate feedback, and market response

  • Demonstrated ability to develop new client relationships in a competitive market

Preferred Background

  • 3 or more years of experience in executive search within renewable energy.
  • Proven experience closing contracts with new customers.
  • Knowledge of the renewable energy or power generation industry
  • Experience with recruiting CRM tools, (Loxo, Pin, Talen, Co-Recruit, ect)
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment with a high degree of autonomy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Track record of consistent activity and follow-through in a metrics-driven environment

Compensation is structured based on experience, including a salary range of $60,000 – $75,000 plus uncapped commission.  Benefits include medical, dental, 401(k), and profit sharing.
