We are working with one of the leading providers of power conversion solutions for utility-scale solar and energy storage projects in North America. This industry-leading Central Inverter manufacturer has almost 20GW of the product installed globally and has been on the leading edge of technology innovation.

We have been asked to help identify a Sales Manager to drive utility-scale solar inverter sales across the Central region. This individual will develop key customer relationships with utilities, IPPs, developers, and EPCs while leading complex sales opportunities from initial engagement through contract award.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical sales experience with the ability to navigate long sales cycles, influence multiple stakeholders, and consistently deliver results in the utility-scale renewable energy market.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical sales role.
• At least 2 years of experience selling photovoltaic inverter solutions within the utility-scale solar market.
• Demonstrated success working with utility-scale solar procurement processes and project development cycles.
• Experience developing proposals, reviewing technical specifications, and supporting commercial negotiations.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong presentation, communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
• Experience building relationships with utilities, independent power producers, developers, and EPC contractors.
• Ability to travel up to 50% throughout the region as required.

Salary Range: $150,000 – $175,000
