As part of a rapidly growing international energy business, the company is expanding quickly to meet rising demand across utility, commercial & industrial, and grid-scale projects throughout the Americas.

The Senior Sales Manager – Energy Storage will lead strategic sales initiatives and manage key customer relationships within energy storage. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing account strategies, and positioning energy storage solutions within a competitive marketplace. This role requires a highly experienced sales professional who can navigate complex customer environments, influence decision-makers, and lead cross-functional efforts to secure and execute commercial agreements. are effectively developed and transitioned to senior commercial team members.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver against established sales and order targets, including developing and executing recovery strategies when needed
  • Lead the development of winning sales strategies by aligning customer needs with competitive positioning and solution value
  • Drive proposal development and actively participate in contract negotiations to secure new business
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility using CRM and sales management tools
  • Resolve commercial and operational issues related to orders, delivery, and accounts receivable
  • Develop and execute account strategies to expand market share, increase profitability, and strengthen customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executive-level decision-makers
  • Identify opportunities for new products and service offerings to enhance market competitiveness
  • Coordinate internal resources to resolve customer challenges and ensure successful project outcomes

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales within the energy industry
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles in the energy sector
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of organization with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Experience using CRM and pipeline management tools
  • Authorization to work in the United States and a valid driver’s license

Salary Range – $125,000 – $150,000 plus bonus
