The Role:

The successful candidate will work closely with the executive team to define growth opportunities and lead go-to-market efforts.

  • Market Development: Identify and prioritize target markets through in-depth analysis and craft effective go-to-market strategies to maximize impact.
  • Sales Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing sales team by setting clear objectives, providing coaching, and driving motivation to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Establish and nurture partnerships with key industry stakeholders, including technology providers, distributors, and potential investors, to support growth.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in commercialization, product management, or business development within the clean energy, renewable energy, or technology sectors
  • Proven track record of successfully scaling technologies from R&D to full commercialization
  • Strong leadership experience and a deep understanding of the renewable energy markets
  • Strong negotiation and partnership-building skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams


Salary Range: $225-$270K

Maintenance and Reliability Supervisor - Solar Manufacturing

As the Maintenance and Reliability Supervisor, you will lead a team responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing daily maintenance operations. Your role includes supervising, training, and evaluating employees while ensuring minimal downtime through effective preventative maintenance programs and troubleshooting practices. You will work closely with engineering and production teams to implement continuous improvements and maintain the highest standards of safety and operational efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership position in a fast-paced, innovative manufacturing environment.



Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in electrical technology, mechatronics, engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in manufacturing or renewable energy.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and robotics systems.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams while fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
  • Experience with preventative maintenance programs and troubleshooting techniques.
  • A technical degree or certification in a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.



Salary Range: $85k - $100k + DOE

The Business Development Manager will lead the sales efforts for the company’s state-of-the-art forecasting product. This role focuses on engaging with IPPs, developers, grid operators, and utilities to deliver solutions that enhance the financial and operational performance of renewable energy portfolios. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, building lasting relationships with key stakeholders, and driving the adoption of AI-powered forecasting tools in the renewable energy market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically drive sales initiatives for the company’s AI-powered forecasting product to energy customers, including IPPs, utilities, and grid operators.
  • Develop and manage sales strategies tailored to market, region, and customer-specific needs to optimize growth opportunities.
  • Establish distribution partnerships with software companies, energy consultants, and system integrators.
  • Build strong relationships with C-level decision-makers, effectively communicating the value proposition and key differentiators of the company’s solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted materials and support customer engagement initiatives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and webinars to enhance brand recognition and drive lead generation.
  • Lead the organization of customer events, including product demonstrations and workshops.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 5+ years of software sales experience to renewable energy or utility customers (SaaS/Cloud).
  • Demonstrated ability to secure complex software deals with senior decision-makers and a proven track record of success in selling to energy players.
  • Strong sales acumen with a passion for closing deals, coupled with deep knowledge of evolving energy markets.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.


Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 DOE + commission

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of supervisory experience, ideally in utility construction
  • Proven ability to run multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or 7+ years selling central inverters or ESS systems in the utility-scale market. 
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the Renewable industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Solar PV and Energy Storage markets and use cases.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
