The Sales Manager will scale the business prospecting and closing transactions in the large commercial, community solar, and distributed utility markets. Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in supervisory roles, preferably in utility or solar construction.

- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other project management tools.
- Safety certifications in civil construction (OSHA10, OSHA30, Trench Safety, Confined Space, CPR) or willingness to obtain them within six months.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
