Job Description

We are partnering with a growing provider of an innovative Battery Management System for lithium-ion batteries used in stationary energy storage applications. This BMS operates within the battery pack to optimize performance and increase the safety and reliability of lithium-ion batteries.  It also enables a dramatic cost reduction for storage projects.
As the company is moving from development to deployment, they are looking to add a VP of Business Development to the team. The VP of Business Development will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of partnerships with leading manufacturers of lithium-ion battery technology as well as developing “pull-through” with leading storage developers and asset owners.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • 10+ years of Sales/Business Development experience working with Batteries, Energy Storage or Renewable Energy
  • Experience selling innovative technology or software solutions to OEMs
  • Proven success closing large, strategic deals and bringing new products to market
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related discipline.
