Job Description

We are working with one of North America’s leading manufacturers of solar PV mounting systems. They deliver solar technology solutions for residential and commercial solar applications and are adding a Territory Sales Manager to their team in Orlando, Florida.

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and expanding the company’s current solar mounting and solar services business across residential and commercial markets. The manager is expected to have thorough product knowledge with the ability to show specific product lines as needed to both customer groups, maintain and grow relationships and involve the surrounding team to achieve the company goals.

This position is an industrial sales position that works with both the distributors and the end-product installers.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or any technical field.
  • Knowledge of applied sales techniques and principles.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to work through issues.
  • Proven experience building and leading profitable sales teams.
  • Ability to travel throughout Florida.

Salary Range: $90-100K depending on experience + incentives.
