Job Description

We are working with a growing manufacturer of Microinverters and Rapid Shut Down devices used in residential and commercial solar applications. With dual module inputs per microinverter, they reduce points of failure, time to install and over system costs for installers and end users.

The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for pre and post sales technical support.  Interacting with customers on everything from questions on system designs and layouts as well as post sale service issues. This role includes developing and carrying out individual and group training programs both online and in person. Will require heavy travel within the region. 

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or any related technical field.
  • 5 years of technical support experience in the Solar power electronics industry.
  • Ability to drive a vehicle for field activities.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Ability to visit project sites as needed.

Salary range: $80-100k depending on experience + incentives.
