We are working with a growing manufacturer of Microinverters and Rapid Shut Down devices used in residential and commercial solar applications. With dual module inputs per microinverter, they reduce points of failure, time to install and over system costs for installers and end users.
The Strategic Sales Manager will be responsible for developing relationships with distributors and installers, managing expectations, promoting value, and then carrying out the defined sales plan. This role includes a lot of phone interactions, Zoom video conferences, regular regional travel for group and one-on-one presentations, and problem-solving sessions with installers and distributors.
The ideal candidate must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or any related technical field.
- 2 years of sales experience in the Solar power electronics industry.
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Ability to visit project sites as needed.
Salary range: $80-120k depending on experience + incentives.
