Senior Programs Manager
A leading provider of solar mounting and racking technology solutions is looking for a Sr Program Manager to support the growth of their software and technical service offerings, including their permit package solutions.
The Senior Programs Manager will analyze the market in detail to help tailor solutions and product offerings to find additional opportunities to add value to integrators and installers. You will work with internal teams to help develop and deliver these solutions to the market. You will help with implementing competitive pricing, improving customer experience, and keeping up to date with changes in AHJ and other market requirements.
The ideal candidate must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
- 5 years of solar experience in Engineering, System Design, Project Management or Operations.
- Project Management mindset and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
Salary range: $80-110k + bonus opportunity
