Segment Manager – Hydrogen

Job Description

We are working with a leading provider of power conversion solutions used across the renewables energy industry including solar, energy storage, EVs and hydrogen projects.  This industry-leading inverter and power conversion device manufacturer has been on the leading edge of technology innovation across the renewable energy market.

Hydrogen is their newest growth area and we are helping them identify a Segment Manager for their Hydrogen division.  They provide rectifiers, electrolyzers and other power conversion products used in hydrogen production and power generation applications.  The Segment Manager will drive the overall market and sales strategy working with leading players across the hydrogen value chain.  You will be the internal subject matter expert and manage a team of Sales and Applications Engineers engaging with customers and other stakeholders in the industry.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the hydrogen markets.
  • Strong technical background and ideally an Engineering degree.
  • Proven experience leading a sales team or business unit.
  • Ability to drive revenue and provide strategic direction across the hydrogen market.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time both domestic and international.
