Job Description

We are working with a leading provider of power conversion solutions used across the renewables energy industry including solar, energy storage, EVs and hydrogen projects.  This industry-leading inverter and power conversion device manufacturer has been on the leading edge of technology innovation across the renewable energy market.

As they continue to grow, they have asked us to help identify a Segment Manager for their eMobility division.  Their eMobility products include inverters, converters and other power electronics used in EV charging applications.  The Segment Manager will drive the overall market and sales strategy working with leading EV charging infrastructure companies and vehicle manufacturers.  You will be the internal subject matter expert and manage a team of Sales and Applications Engineers engaging with customers and other stakeholders in the industry.  

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years in EVs, EV charging or a related industry. 
  • Strong technical background and ideally an Engineering degree.
  • Proven experience leading a sales team or business unit.
  • Ability to drive revenue and provide strategic direction across the EV market.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time both domestic and international.
