Sales Manager – Utility PV and Energy Storage
We are partnering with a leading provider of inverters and power conversion technology for wind, solar, and electric vehicle charging. They have delivered 28 GW globally through Solar PV inverters and Energy Storage systems. As they ramp up production at their US headquarters to meet domestic content requirements, we are helping them find an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth in the utility-scale market.
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling Central Inverters used in utility-scale PV and Energy Storage projects. Your role will involve prospecting and selling to leading IPPs, Developers, and EPCs. While you will have support from Applications Engineers, you must possess strong technical skills to discuss product specifications and use cases in detail.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or 7+ years selling central inverters or ESS systems in the utility-scale market.
- 5+ years of sales experience in the Renewable industry.
- Strong knowledge of Solar PV and Energy Storage markets and use cases.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
Salary Range: $135-175K DOE + annual bonus.
