Residential Installation Manager – Solar + Storage
We are working with a growing roofing, solar, and energy storage company helping residential and commercial customers control their energy and save money with renewables.
As they continue to grow, we’ve been asked to help identify an Installation Manager to oversee the installation of residential projects in the region, including solar, battery storage, and panel upgrades.
The Installation Manager will be leading a group of Superintendents that are managing multiple installation crews in the region. Communicating with customers, keeping projects on schedule, hiring, developing field personnel and ensuring installation meets quality standards will all be part of the scope of this role
The ideal candidate must have:
- 5 years of experience managing solar installation teams.
- Significant technical and field experience in residential solar and battery installations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Deep knowledge of National Electrical Code.
- Valid CA driver’s license.
Salary Range: $80-110k
