We are working with the Solar development arm of one of the largest Energy Services companies in the country. They help clients across the country lower their energy costs through both energy efficiency improvements and generating clean energy with solar.
As they continue to grow they have an opportunity for a PreConstruction Project Manager to join their team. This person will provide, planning, contractual expertise and project management responsibilities for large commercial solar projects during the Pre-Construction phases. This role is responsible for leading the overall management of the preconstruction phase for multiple projects, including estimating, constructability reviews, bid package development, logistics planning and development, value engineering, contract awards, and other work related to Design and Construction Management type contracts.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or any work-related experience.
- 10 years of experience in commercial solar or public sector construction projects.
- Ability to work cross functionally with a remote team.
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Salary Range: $120 -130K depending on experience + incentives.
