Job Description

We are working with one of the fastest growing Solar O&M providers in the country managing a 6+ GW portfolio of DG and utility scale projects for some of the largest IPPs, Developers and asset owners in the country.  

The Director of Business Development will be responsible for driving new opportunities with existing customers and originating and closing new customer relationships. Target markets include utility scale, community solar and portfolios of C&I projects.

The ideal candidate must have:

  • 5+ years of Sales experience in O&M, Asset Management or EPC services in renewable energy.
  • Strong technical background or Engineering degree with the ability to discuss technical issues common in O&M.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and experience responding to RFPs and RFQs.
  • Proven track record of closing large, complex projects.

Salary Range: $110,000 – $130,000 + incentives
