Job Description

We are partnered with one of the world’s largest Tier One suppliers of solar modules used in residential, commercial and utility scale projects. As the renewable energy market continues to rapidly expand in the US, they are expecting growth of more than 300% next year.  This growth creates unique challenges that the Manager of Business Analysis and Operations Support will help solve.

The Manager, Business Analysis and Operations Support will be responsible for creating scalable systems to analyze sales operations, provide insights, and identify areas for process improvement, particularly around order entry, logistics and shipping. You will work closely with US regional Sales and Marketing, Finance, Logistics, and overseas Supply Chain to ensure close alignment between Operations in the United States and Production in Asia.  You will help the US team create new processes and implement software tools to improve the efficiency of their logistics and order tracking as they aggressively ramp up their business in North America.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, and information technology.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, production planning, and operation management.
  • Deep understanding of quantitative models, relational databases and data integration.
  • Experience with business management software.

Salary Range: $110-$150K depending on experience + incentives.
