We are working with a leading provider of power electronics and residential energy storage systems. Their products include solar optimizers, rapid shutdown devices and energy storage for residential and commercial applications. Their customers include some of the largest residential solar integrators, installers and distributors in the country.
As they continue to grow, we have been asked to help identify a Distribution Sales Manager to drive the sale of their solar optimizer and integrated energy storage products. The Sales Manager will work with leading distributors in the geographic market, teaching them core product features, working on pricing and inventory levels and supporting residential installer customers to answer technical or other questions as needed.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or relevant work experience.
- 3+ years of proven experience driving revenue with Solar Distributors.
- Proven experience in meeting and exceeding target goals.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
Salary Range: $100-$120K depending on experience + incentives.
