Job Description

We are working with one of the leading providers of solar racking and tracking solutions for Commercial and Utility Scale projects.  They have a diversified portfolio of products backed by a strong parent company and 20 GW of solar projects installed with their systems.  

As their team continues to grow, we have been asked to help identify a Director of Sales Operations to lead the overall productivity and effectiveness of the company’s sales team in the large commercial and utility scale markets.  This person will work closely with the VP of Sales and the sales organization creating systems and processes to accelerate sales volume and profitability.  The Director of Sales Operations will be the point person for Salesforce, monthly reporting and sales forecasting to the Supply Chain and Finance teams.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of Sales Operations experience.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce and related integrations.
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • At least Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
  • Understanding of implementing sales processes.
