Director of Business Development – Solar BOS

The Director of Business Development – Solar BOS will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, with a focus on expanding the company’s presence in the renewable energy market. In this high-impact role, you will collaborate with executive leadership to develop strategies, build relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiate contracts. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in business development and a passion for renewable energy, particularly for those experienced in navigating approved and preferred vendor lists.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the utility PV solar space
- 3+ years minimum in the solar industry
- Strong understanding of the energy market, including regulations and trends
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel as needed and work onsite with teams
Salary Range: $140K – 160K + bonus
