Director of Business Development – Solar Trackers and Racking

United States, Sales / Retail / Business Development

We are working with one of the leading providers of solar racking and tracking solutions for Commercial and Utility Scale projects.  They have a diversified portfolio of products backed by a strong parent company and 20 GW of solar projects installed with their systems.  

The Director of Sales will drive market share and revenue growth within the large commercial, community solar and utility scale markets.  With a strong support team of Sales Engineers and Project Managers supporting the Sales organization, you can focus on building relationships, advancing opportunities and closing deals.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of outside sales experience in solar
  • Strong network of C&I and Utility Scale Developers and EPCs
  • Track record of closing complex transactions and hitting quota
  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Salary Range: $100-120k with an uncapped commission structure
