We are working with a leading provider of power electronics and residential energy storage systems. Their products include solar optimizers, rapid shutdown devices and energy storage for residential and commercial applications. Their customers include some of the largest residential solar integrators, installers and distributors in the country.
As they continue to grow, they have created a new C&I Sales team focused on selling directly to Commercial and Industrial Solar Developers and EPCs. The C&I Business Development Manager will drive sales for the Rapid shutdown devices in key markets along with their Energy Storage Products and integrated solutions.
This person will leverage their existing relationships in the C&I market and create new partnerships to expand the business, developing effective long-term strategic plans for the commercial solar rooftop market.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience.
- 3+ years of proven experience driving revenue in the C&I solar market.
- Proven experience in meeting and exceeding target goals.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
Salary Range: $100-$120K depending on experience + incentives.
