C&I Sales Leader – Microinverters – Remote

Job Description

We are partnered with one of the fastest-growing inverter players in the world delivering industry-leading solar and energy storage solutions for the residential and commercial markets.  We have been asked to help identify an experienced Sales Leader for their commercial business.

The C&I Sales Leader will build and lead a new national sales team responsible for driving growth in the commercial market.

This is a high-visibility role helping push the organization into a new market segment working with commercial and industrial solar installers, developers, and EPCs.

To be successful, you will need:

  • 10+ years of sales experience and 3+ years in renewable energy.
  • Successful track record selling in the C&I solar market.
  • Proven experience building and leading high-performance sales teams.
  • Working knowledge of the industry, including solar development, design, construction, and maintenance.
  • Ability to travel 30-50%
